Join MBA Orlando and Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, on the evening of March 20th at Orlando’s City Hall Rotunda.  This event is the kick-off event of MBA Orlando’s future synergistic business community forums.  Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with Sr. Leaders and Executives from Fortune 500 corporations, Central Florida entrepreneurs and LGBT and Business community support organizations.  Throughout the course of the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to talk with community leaders and listen to key Sr. Executives share their personal journey, career path and their corporations inclusion policies and models on workplace inclusion.

 Selisse Selisse Berry is Founder and CEO of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates. Under her leadership, the organization has grown significantly with dramatic increases in attendance at the annual Workplace Summit and the expansion of programs and global initiatives. Selisse is a frequent speaker on workplace equality and has spoken across the United States and abroad including recent presentations in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Italy, Canada, Hungary, the West Indies, and Mexico. Her most recent awards include the Outstanding Hero Congressional Recognition from Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi; the Parks Award in Rome, Italy; and the Local Heroes Award in San Francisco, California. Selisse is the editor of Out & Equal at Work: From Closet to Corner Office Out & Equal’s new anthology of personal stories of executive trailblazers who have transformed the workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people.
George Kalogridis

Walt Disney World Resort President

 George Kalogridis George A. Kalogridis serves as president of the Walt Disney World Resort. A 42-year veteran of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, George oversees a workforce of nearly 70,000 Cast Members at four theme parks and 25 resort hotels all located at the world’s premier vacation destination.  He currently serves on the boards of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission Governors Council, The Florida Council of 100 and Out & Equal Workplace Advocates.

George most recently served as president of the Disneyland Resort since 2009, where he led more than 25,000 Cast Members at the world-famous Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, the Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the Paradise Pier Hotel and Downtown Disney.

During his tenure as president of the Disneyland Resort, George was active in the community in California, serving on CHOC Children’s Hospital Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of Children’s HealthCare of California, the Out and Equal Board of Directors, California Travel and Tourism Commission, the Cal State University – Chancellor’s Hospitality Industry Advisors Board, the University of California, Irvine Center for Global Leadership and UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.
